US Shipping Information
We offer several shipping options to get orders delivered in the timeframe you need. PSD Rewards members get free standard shipping on orders over $75, level up your tier in the rewards program to unlock free standard shipping at lower order values.

We work to get all orders shipped out as quickly as possible, but please allow 2-3 business days for processing during normal operations.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update from the courier once they have picked up your package from our warehouse.
The date you receive your shipment confirmation email marks the start of your order’s estimated transit time (shown below):

Signatures are not required for delivery for orders under $350, so please make sure your shipping address is at a secure location. Orders $350 and over will require a signature upon delivery.

How do I track my order?
Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is processed. This is typically within 2-3 business days of your order date. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated by the shipping provider.

International Shipping Info
We offer international shipping to the following countries listed below. Duties & Taxes are charged at checkout so nothing is due upon delivery.
International orders usually take 3-5 weeks in transit. These shipments are not day-definitive services which means tracking information can be delayed and ETA’s are not always accurate.
International returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer international exchanges.
Countries we ship to: Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, and Turkey.
*Please note that International orders are unfortunately not eligible to receive free shipping as part of our rewards program.
**We may not be able to ship to international PO Boxes. If you get an error message that states “Shipping not available for selected address”, this means we cannot ship to the address you entered. If possible, please enter in a different shipping address and attempt to process your order.
Tracking says delivered but I haven’t received it
This is an unfortunate and rare occurrence. Occasionally a courier will tag a package as delivered before it’s been physically dropped off. If you received a delivery confirmation email but your order was not at the shipping address on the order, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to see if the delivery driver left it in an unusual spot. You can also check the tracking number on the couriers website to see if they left any details or pictures of where the package was left.
Step 2: Check with your neighbors to see if the delivery driver made a mistake and delivered it to the incorrect address. If you live in an apartment complex, check with your front office to see if it was left with them or left in a mailroom.
Step 3: Wait until the end of the day, usually after 8pm or 9pm. In some rare cases delivery drivers may accidentally mark the incorrect package as delivered. We recommend waiting until the end of the delivery day to see if your order arrives.
Step 4: Contact your order’s shipping provider (UPS/USPS) and provide them with your tracking number. They may have more information to help you find your package or may be able to identify if it is still in their possession.
Step 5: If you’ve completed the steps above and are still unable to locate your package, please contact PSD customer service for assistance.
Stolen Packages
PSD is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend contacting the non-emergency number for your local law enforcement to file a police report. Additionally, we recommend changing your shipping address to a more secure location for future orders, if possible.
Do you offer express shipping?
We currently offer Express Shipping via UPS 2nd Business Day Air and UPS Next Business Day Air. Express shipping is not available for PO BOX, APO, or FPO addresses.

Why does my tracking number say pre-shipment?
Your order is currently being processed. It may be in the middle of being packed up, or it’s waiting to be picked up by the courier.
